Improving Mental Health

Accelerating access to care
$55 million
GOAL $75 million

Mental illness and substance abuse prevent millions of Americans from leading healthy and productive lives. Unfortunately, fewer than half of those in need receive effective treatment. For some people, simply reaching out for help seems impossible.

Our quest is ambitious: to create access to effective care for all. To discover new treatments for the most challenging mental health and substance-use problems. To train and inspire the next generation of mental health care providers for our region. And to advocate, tirelessly, for better health policies and practices.

We believe that mental health is a crucial part of all health and that reaching more people with effective care will help us build stronger and healthier communities.
