Our Generosity at Work

“I give to the Harborview Mission of Caring Fund to support Harborview’s outreach programs. It is awe-inspiring to see how Harborview serves the most vulnerable members of our community with innovative and compassionate programs, and it’s a privilege to support the people who do this work on a daily basis.”

“I give to the Alzheimer’s Research Endowed Fund because my grandpa passed away from the disease. I’m proud to support my workplace and help advance research, and hopefully one day we’ll find a cure.”

“I’ve met many medical students and have been impressed by their intelligence, caring and desire to serve. Knowing that scholarships are a tremendous resource for the recipients, my partner and I established a scholarship for medical students at the UW School of Medicine.”

Payroll Deduction: An Easy Way to Give

Want our most convenient giving option? Payroll deduction splits your gift into small, regular payments. And it’s a great way to support the program or department you care most about: Just five or 10 dollars per paycheck becomes a significant contribution over the course of a year. Take a look at the chart below to see how your donations can add up!

With payroll deduction, your pledge is divided across as many pay periods as you’d like. Most employees choose the standard 24 pay periods (one full year). But you can also make a one-time gift with payroll deduction, if you prefer.
